泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病的围手术期护理研究

摘　　要：目的探究泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病围手术期护理方法。方法选取于2018年6月—2019年11月在医院中进行冠心病合并糖尿病治疗的患者共76例,依据随机数表抽取两组样本,分别是对照组(38例,实施常规护理方法)和观察组(38例,实施围手术期护理方法)。比较两组患者血糖指标、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖指标对比观察组均低于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将围手术期护理方法用到泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病患者护理中,稳定了患者的血糖指标,降低患者并发症发生率,疾病护理满意度明显提高。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods for urological diseases combined with diabetes.Methods A total of 76 patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes treatment in the hospital from June 2018 to November 2019 were selected.Two groups of samples were drawn according to the random number table,which were the control group(38 cases,implementing conventional nursing methods)and observation group(38 cases,implementation of perioperative nursing method).The blood glucose index,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The comparison of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the perioperative nursing method to the nursing of patients with urological diseases and diabetes mellitus can stabilize the blood glucose index of the patients,reduce the incidence of complications of patients,and improve the satisfaction of disease care.
