摘　　要：目的研究分析2型糖尿病并胆囊结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的围手术期护理配合效果。方法在2018年12月—2019年11月到该院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的2型糖尿病并胆囊结石患者中,选取120例进行研究。其中60例接受常规护理的患者纳入护理A组,另外60例接受综合护理干预的患者纳入护理B组。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果干预前,两组患者的血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经干预后,护理B组患者的血糖低于护理A组(P<0.05),护理总有效率和满意度明显高于护理A组(P<0.05),术后不良症状发生率低于护理A组(P<0.05),且术后排气和住院时间均显著短于护理A组(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病并胆囊结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期中,施综合护理能有效减少患者不良症状的发生,缩短术后排气和住院时间。Objective To study and analyze the effect of perioperative nursing cooperation in patients with type 2 diabetes and gallbladder stones undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods From December 2018 to November 2019,120 patients with type 2 diabetes and gallbladder stones who came to the hospital for laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected for study.Among them,60 patients receiving routine care were included in nursing group A,and another 60 patients receiving comprehensive nursing intervention were included in nursing group B.Comparing the nursing effects of the two groups of patients before treatment.Results Befere intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients(P>0.05),after intervention,the blood glucose of the patients in the nursing group B was lower than that of the nursing group A(P<0.05),and the total nursing efficiency was And satisfaction was significantly higher than that of nursing group A(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative adverse symptoms was lower than nursing group A(P<0.05),and postoperative exhaust and hospital stay were significantly shorter than nursing group A(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with type 2 diabetes and gallbladder stones,comprehensive nursing care can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms,shorten postoperative exhaust and hospital stay.
