摘 要:在对内蒙古毛乌素沙漠风积砂进行工艺矿物学研究的基础上,分别采用磁选、重选、强力擦洗脱泥的工艺方法进行了除铁试验研究。流程试验结果表明,采用磁选-重选-强力擦洗-分级-磁选组合工艺,可使风积砂的精矿产品产率为81.71%,Fe 2O 3含量可以降至0.31%,达到了器皿玻璃行业对石英和长石Fe 2O 3含量小于0.35%的要求。Based on the process mineralogical study of the aeoline sand in the Mu Us Desert,Inner Mongolia,an experimental study on iron removal was carried out using the process methods including magnetic separation,gravity separation and strong scrubbing.The flow test results showed that the product yield of aeolian sand concentrate reached 81.71%and the Fe2O3 content decreased to 0.31%through the combined process of magnetic separation-gravity separation-strong scrubbing-classification-magnetic separation,which met the requirements of glassware industry that the Fe2O3 content of quartz and feldspar should be less than 0.35%.
