摘 要:目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入联合干扰素治疗婴幼儿喘憋性肺炎临床疗效。方法该院自2017年1月—2019年12月儿科住院的婴幼儿喘憋性肺炎患儿84例,采用数字表随机法随机分成两组,两组患儿均应用常规治疗,对照组(n=42)在常规治疗基础上,加用利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗,观察组(n=42)在常规治疗基础上,加用布地奈德雾化吸入及干扰素治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率95.24%,对照组总有效率73.81%,观察组患儿临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.379,P<0.05)。观察组患儿住院、湿啰音消失、退热、喘息消失、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药不良反应率为7.14%,对照组用药不良反应率为4.76%,两组患儿用药不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入联合干扰素治疗婴幼儿喘憋性肺炎临床疗效显著,是一种优秀的联合用药方案。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of budesonide nebulized inhalation combined with interferon in the treatment of infantile asthmatic pneumonia. Methods From January 2017 to December 2019 in the hospital, 84 children with infantile asthmatic pneumonia who were hospitalized in the pediatrics department were randomly divided into 2 groups by number table. Both groups were treated with conventional treatment, and the control group(n=42) on the basis of conventional treatment, ribavirin aerosol inhalation treatment was added, and the observation group(n=42)was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation and interferon treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.Comparison of the two groups effect. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.81%. The clinical efficacy of children in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.379, P<0.05). The observation group was hospitalized, the damp rales disappeared, fever, wheezing disappeared, and cough disappeared in shorter time than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was7.14%, and the adverse reaction rate of the control group was 4.76%. There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reaction rate of the two groups of children(P>0.05). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with interferon has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of infantile asthmatic pneumonia, and it is an excellent combination medication regimen.
