摘 要:目的丹参注射液与黄芪注射液联合用药对肺肿瘤细胞株SPC-A1细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法不同浓度的丹参注射液处理SPC-A1细胞,CCK8试剂盒检测SPC-A1细胞的增殖活力,流式细胞技术通过Annex V/PI染色检测SPC-A1细胞凋亡;丹参注射液与黄芪注射液两者联合用药处理SPC-A1。对细胞的增殖及凋亡情况进行统计分析与比较。结果低浓度丹参注射液(0μL/mL、4μL/mL、8μL/mL、16μL/mL)显著增加了SPC-A1细胞的增殖(P<0.01),而高浓度丹参注射液(32μL/mL)抑制了SPC-A1细胞的增殖,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低浓度黄芪注射液与丹参注射液(8μL/mL)联合用药后,发现SPC-A1细胞的增殖显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);低浓度黄芪注射液与丹参注射液(8μL/mL)联合用药,SPC-A1细胞的凋亡较对照组显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但仍低于高浓度(32μL/mL)丹参注射液组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论低浓度黄芪注射液与丹参注射液联合用药也可显著抑制SPC-A1细胞增殖并增加了其凋亡。Objective The combined use of Danshen injection and Huangqi injection affects the proliferation and apoptosis of lung tumor cell line SPC-A1.Methods SPC-A1 cells were treated with different concentrations of Danshen injection,CCK8 kit was used to detect the proliferation of SPC-A1 cells,and the apoptosis of SPC-A1 cells was detected by Annex V/PI staining by flow cytometry;Danshen injection and Huangqi injection SPC-A1 was treated with a combination of the two drugs.Statistical analysis and comparison of cell proliferation and apoptosis.Results The low concentration of Danshen injection(0μL/mL,4μL/mL,8μL/mL,16μL/mL)significantly increased the proliferation of SPC-A1 cells,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),while the high concentration of Danshen injection(32μL/mL)inhibited the proliferation of SPC-A1 cells,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the combination of low-concentration astragalus injection and Danshen injection(8μL/mL),it was found that the proliferation of SPC-A1 cells increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the combination of low-concentration Astragalus injection and Danshen injection(8μL/mL),the apoptosis of SPC-A1 cells was significantly increased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but still lower than the high concentration(32μL/mL)Danshen injection group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of low-concentration Astragalus injection and Danshen injection can also significantly inhibit the proliferation of SPC-A1 cells and increase their apoptosis.
