摘 要:目的探讨安全护理在降低高胆红素血症新生儿蓝光照射中不良事件的效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年12月在该院接受蓝光照射治疗的高胆红素血症新生儿172例随机分为两组,每组86例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组加用安全护理。对两组的住院时间、退黄疸时间、胆红素水平、不良事件率进行比较,分析安全护理在降低高胆红素血症新生儿蓝光照射中不良事件的效果。结果观察组黄疸消退时间(1.8±0.9)d小于对照组的(5.4±1.3)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.587,P<0.05);观察组住院时间(7.5±2.4)d小于对照组的(13.3±3.9)d,差异有统计学意义(t=6.741,P<0.05);观察组胆红素水平(107.8±22.5)μmol/L小于对照组的(166.9±30.7)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.086,P<0.05);观察组不良事件率20.9%低于对照组的51.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.054,P<0.05)。结论安全护理可有效提升蓝光照射质量高胆红素血症新生儿的效果,降低患儿不良事件率、康复时间。Objective To explore the effect of safe care in reducing the adverse events of blue light irradiation in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, 172 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia who received with blue light irradiation in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 86 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group received additional safety care. The hospitalization time, jaundice removal time, bilirubin level, and adverse event rate of the two groups were compared,and the effect of safety nursing in reducing the adverse events of blue light irradiation in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia was analyzed. Results The jaundice resolution time of the observation group was(1.8±0.9)d, which was shorter than that of the control group(5.4±1.3)d, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.587, P<0.05);the hospitalization time of the observation group was(7.5±2.4)d, which was shorter than that of the control group(13.3± 3.9)d, the difference was statistically significant(t=6.741, P<0.05);the bilirubin level of the observation group(107.8±22.5)μmol/L, which was less than that of the control group(166.9±30.7)μmol/L, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.086, P<0.05);the adverse event rate of 20.9% in the observation group was lower than 51.2% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.054, P <0.05). Conclusion Safe care can effectively improve the effect of blue light irradiation quality in neonates with high bilirubinemia, reduce the rate of adverse events in children and the recovery time.
