数字经济下打造南沙跨境电商枢纽港的策略探析

摘　　要：数字经济下全球贸易电商化是发展的趋势,跨境电商的快速发展为南沙建设跨境电商枢纽港提供了产业、区位、制度创新等多方面的基础。数字经济下打造南沙跨境电商枢纽港,跨境电商全产业链在南沙的集聚,有利于推动南沙跨境电商业务量和在全球跨境电商业务中所占比重的快速增长,使南沙成为我国、“一带一路”沿线国家和地区以及全球跨境电商业务的核心区域,跨境电商产品的集散地,跨境物流枢纽;同时发展多种跨境电商模式,通过跨境电商多重培训体系向全球输出中国跨境电商模式,在跨境电商发展的过程中探索跨境电商监管模式,可形成跨境电商南沙模式并向全球输出,引领全球跨境电商规则的制定,进一步主导新型国际贸易规则的形成。Under the digital economy,e-commerce is the trend of global trade.The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce provides a foundation for the construction of Crossborder E-commerce Park in Nansha,including industry,location and institutional innovation.The agglomeration of the whole industrial chain in Nansha will be conducive to the business volume and in global share of Nansha’s cross-border electronic business.It will also make Nansha in to a national and international hub for cross-border e-commerce,products and logistics,as well as for the Belt and Road Initiative.Meanwhile,through various mode of development and multiple training system,we can explore effective regulations and form our own patterns so as to take a leading position in the global cross-border e-trade.
