护理人员层级管理在临床护理管理中的实施探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨护理人员层级管理在临床护理管理中的实施效果。方法将该院2018年2月—2019年2月30名护理人员用信封随机法分两组。对照组15名所采纳的是常规的临床护理管理方法,实验组15名实施护理人员层级管理(采用护士长层级、高级责任护士层级、初级责任护士层级、基础护士层级)。比较两组护理质量(包括文书书写质量、病房规范管理质量、基础护理质量)、患者和医生对于护士工作的评价、护理纠纷率。结果实验组护理质量(包括文书书写质量、病房规范管理质量、基础护理质量)高于对照组的护理质量(P<0.05)。实验组患者和医生对于护士工作的评价均高于对照组(P<0.05)。随机抽选每组护士负责的患者各100例,统计纠纷发生情况,显示实验组护理纠纷率0%低于对照组11%(χ2=6.113,P=0.013<0.05)。结论护理人员实施护理人员层级管理可有效提高护理人员的护理工作质量,提高患者和医生的评价,并有利于减少护患纠纷。Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management of nursing staff in clinical nursing management.Methods The 30 nursing staff in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The 15 nursing staff in the control group adopted conventional clinical nursing management methods,and the 15 nursing staff in the experimental group implemented the level of nursing staff management(using the head nurse level,senior responsible nurse level,junior responsible nurse level,and basic nurse level).Compare the two groups of nursing quality(including the quality of writing documents,the quality of standardized management of wards,and the quality of basic nursing),the evaluation of nurses by patients and doctors,and the rate of nursing disputes.Results The quality of nursing care in the experimental group(including the quality of writing documents,the quality of standardized management of wards,and the quality of basic nursing)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of nurses'work by patients and doctors in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).A random selection of 100 patients in charge of each group of nurses,statistics of disputes,showed that the nursing dispute rate of the experimental group was 0%lower than that of the control group 11%(χ2=6.113,P=0.013<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nurses'hierarchical management by nurses can effectively improve the quality of nursing work of nurses,improve the evaluation of patients and doctors,and help reduce nurse-patient disputes.
