摘　　要：目的为了解连云港市医用辐射防护现状,科学实施医疗卫生机构放射诊疗防护管理,预防控制职业性放射性疾病制定相应对策。方法从2018年连云港市放射性疾病哨点监测工作中抽取拥有DR的医疗机构,进行放射工作场所防护的监测,DR性能的检测,以及防护设施配置调查。结果26家哨点医院中,DR合格率62.5%(20/32),DR不合格指标主要有管电压指示偏离和测距误差。46个工作场所各点平均周围剂量当量率为(0.21±0.05)μSv/h。DR工作场所年有效剂量估算均小于0.25 mSv。结论该次监测中发现乡镇卫生院放射诊断设备部分性能指标不合格,放射诊断设备设施缺乏专业人员进行维护保养,仪器操作系统功能不健全,防护设施配置不齐全,放射工作人员培训不到位等问题。建议相关部门加强对乡镇卫生院的监测管理和监督检查。Objective In order to understand the current situation of medical radiation protection in Lianyungang City,scientifically implement the management of radiological diagnosis and treatment in medical and health institutions,and formulate corresponding countermeasures to prevent and control occupational radiation diseases.Methods The medical institutions with DR were selected from the surveillance of radiological disease sentinel sites in Lianyungang in 2018 to conduct radiological workplace protection monitoring,DR performance testing,and protective facility configuration surveys.Results Among the 26 sentinel hospitals,the DR pass rate was 62.5%(20/32).DR unqualified indicators mainly included tube voltage indication deviation and ranging error.The average surrounding dose equivalent rate at each point in 46 workplaces was(0.21±0.05)μSv/h.The estimated annual effective doses in DR workplaces are all less than 0.25 mSv.Conclusion In this monitoring,some performance indicators of radiological diagnostic equipment in township hospitals were found to be unqualified,radiological diagnostic equipment and facilities lacked professionals to maintain,the instrument operating system was not functional,the protective facilities were incompletely configured,and radiological staff were not properly trained.It is recommended that relevant departments strengthen the monitoring,management,supervision and inspection of township health centers.
