摘 要:针对CO 2+O 2地浸铀矿山淋洗工艺,分析了强化吸附引起的淋洗拖尾和树脂吸附有机物含量增加、酸化耗酸物质的由来等问题,开展了碱法淋洗与酸法淋洗工艺、淋洗剂配方、淋洗剂浓度、接触时间以及2种淋洗工艺沉淀过程等研究。试验表明,酸法淋洗效果总体上优于碱法淋洗,能有效实现铀和有机物的分步淋洗,淋洗效率提高近一倍,淋洗-沉淀成本降低40%以上;酸法淋洗工艺得到的产品质量更好,产品颜色明显改善,由原来的棕黄色转为亮黄色。According to the eluting process in CO 2+O 2 in-situ leaching uranium mine,this paper studies and discusses the problems caused by enhanced adsorption,such as the increase of organic matter content in leaching tailing and resin adsorption,the origin of acidizing and acid consuming substances,and studies the factors such as alkaline leaching and acid leaching process,the formula of leaching agent,the concentration of leaching agent,contact time and the sedimentation process of the two leaching processes.The results show that acid leaching is better than alkali leaching in general,which can effectively realize the step-by-step leaching of uranium and organics,and the efficiency of leaching is nearly doubled;the quality of products is better than alkali leaching,the cost of leaching precipitation is reduced by more than 40%,the color of products is obviously improved,from the original brown yellow to bright yellow.
