摘  要:对硫酸钡共沉淀射气闪烁法分析水中^226 Ra的分析方法不确定度进行了评定。其不确定度分量包括测量结果分散性引入的不确定度,闪烁室刻度系数引入的不确定度,闪烁室重复测量计数率引入的不确定度,测量方法回收率引入的不确定度,以及量筒量取水样体积引入的不确定度。当水样中^226 Ra活度浓度为2.0442 Bq/L时,其合成扩展不确定度为±0.3483 Bq/L(k=2)。The uncertainty of the analytical determination of ^226 Ra in water by barium sulfate co-precipitation and gas scintillation method was evaluated.The uncertainty components include the uncertainty introduced by the dispersiveness of measure results,the uncertainty introduced by the calibration coefficient of the scintillation cell,the uncertainty introduced by the counting rate of repeated measurement of the scintillation cell,the uncertainty introduced by recovery rate in measurement method,and the uncertainty introduced by the volume of water in measuring cylinder.When the activity concentration of ^226 Ra in sample is 2.0442 Bq/L,the uncertainty of synthesis expansion is±0.3483 Bq/L(k=2).
