摘  要:研发了用于检测铀尾矿库渗排水中氨氮含量的新型自动分析仪,测试了自动分析仪分析结果的准确度、精密度等指标。研究表明:该自动分析仪检测量程较宽,可实现高低量程自动切换,在0.0~400.0 mg/L测量范围内,分析结果的相对标准偏差在1.0%以内;对实际样品的检测结果与人工标准分析结果基本一致,相对误差在5.0%以内;仪器在保证检测精度的前提下实现了快速自动操作。研制的氨氮自动分析仪达到了预期目标,满足现场应用需求。A new type of automatic analyzer is researched and developed for detecting the ammonia nitrogen content in the uranium tailings infiltration and drainage,and tested the accuracy and precision of the instrument analysis results and other relevant indicators.The analyzer has a wide detection range and can automatically switch between high and low ranges.Within the measurement range of 0.0~400.0 mg/L,the relative standard deviation of the detection results of the analyzer is within 1.0%.For the actual sample,the test results of the instrument are basically consistent with the results of the manual standard analysis,and the relative error is within 5.0%.The analyzer realizes rapid automatic operation on the premise of ensuring the detection accuracy.The developed automatic analyzer of ammonia nitrogen reaches the expected goal and meets the needs of field application.
