摘 要:为了提高杜66区块火驱的开发效果,针对火驱实施蒸汽吞吐的过程中油井见效程度低、动用程度低、油汽比低等问题,着重分析了现有井网井距、储层非均质性和连通性、注蒸汽强度对火驱开发的影响,优化了注汽参数。结果表明平面上加大井距大于100 m、采出程度小于20%的注汽规模可增加见效井点,纵向上选注地层系数小于750 mD·m、调剖封堵吸汽比例大于80%以上层位可提高动用程度,注蒸汽时注汽强度控制在65~75 t/m时可改善周期生产效果。实施后,油汽比提高0.01,见效率提高5%,年产油上升至26×104 t,较调整前增加3.5×104 t。该技术可为稠油油藏火驱开发提供一定的借鉴意义。In order to improve the development effect of fire flooding in block Du66,aiming at the problems of low efficiency,low utilization and low oil-steam ratio in the process of steam stimulation,the effects of well spacing,reservoir heterogeneity and connectivity,and steam injection intensity on the development of fire flooding were analyzed emphatically,and the steam injection parameters were optimized.The results show that increasing steam injection scale with well spacing greater than 100m and recovery degree less than 20%in plane can increase effective well point,formation factor of vertical injection less than 750 mD·m,ratio of profile control and plugging steam absorption more than 80%can increase production degree,and cyclic production effect can be improved when steam injection intensity is controlled at 65~75 t/m.After implementation,the ratio of oil to steam increased by 0.01,the efficiency increased by 5%,the annual oil production increased to 26×104 t,an increase of 3.5×104 t compared with before adjustment.This technology can provide some reference for the development of heavy oil reservoir by fire drive.
