摘  要:为促进盐碱土改良及在盐碱土壤上进行甜瓜栽培,以甜瓜龙庆6号为材料,采用盆栽试验,设置了6个煤炭腐殖酸用量水平,体积分数分别为25%(C1)、40%(C2)、55%(C3)、65%(C4)、75%(C5)和85%(C6),以不施入煤炭腐殖酸(CK)为对照,研究了煤炭腐植酸对甜瓜龙庆6号幼苗出苗率、叶长、叶宽和主根深度的影响。结果表明:除CK和C1处理没有出苗,其他处理均有出苗,C4处理出苗率最高,平均为68.4%,叶长平均达到9.5 cm,叶宽平均达到2.4 cm,主根深平均达到4.5 cm,均显著高于其他处理。煤炭腐殖酸掺入到大庆地区荒地盐碱化土壤以后,能够改善土壤环境,起到较好的改良效果,使甜瓜龙庆6号幼苗能够正常发芽生长,该煤炭腐殖酸用量要适宜,掺混体积分数为65%,效果较为适宜。In order to promote the improvement of saline alkali soil and muskmelon cultivation on saline alkali soil,taking muskmelon Longqing No.6 as material,six levels of humic acid application were set up in pot experiment,which were 25%(C1),40%(C2),55%(C3),65%(C4),75%(C5)and 85%(C6),no coal humic acid was added as control,the effects of coal humic acid on seedling emergence rate,leaf length,leaf width and main root deep of muskmelon Longqing No.6 were studied.The results showed that all treatments except CK and C1 had no seedling emergence.The emergence rate of C4 treatment was the highest,with an average of 68.4%.The average leaf length,leaf width and main root depth of C4 treatment were 9.5,2.4 and 4.5 cm respectively,which were significantly higher than those of other treatments.When coal humic acid is mixed into saline alkali soil of Daqing area,it could improve soil environment and play a better improvement effect.It could make muskmelon Longqing No.6 seedlings germinate and grow normally.The amount of coal humic acid should be appropriate,and the volume fraction of coal humic acid was 65%in this study.
