摘　　要：做好电机故障诊断,不仅是确保电机设备自身健康运行的基本要求,而且对于机械设备的正常运行,对于相关企业的经济效益具有极大的影响。振动测试仪的应用,能够在不停机的状态下对电机设备运行的实时状况进行检测,通过信号接收和处理,对电机设备运行故障进行科学判断,从而提升了电机设备故障处理的效率,减少因电机检测和维修造成的生产系统停机等现象,极大地提升了企业生产系统的运行安全效应,增加企业经济效益。Performing a good diagnosis of motor faults is not only a basic requirement to ensure the healthy operation of the motor equipment itself,but also has a great impact on the normal operation of mechanical equipment and the economic benefits of related enterprises. The application of vibration tester can detect the real-time running condition of motor equipment without stopping,and scientifically judge the operation fault of motor equipment through signal receiving and processing,thus improve the efficiency of motor equipment fault treatment,reduce the production system shutdown caused by motor detection and maintenance,greatly improve the operation safety effect of enterprise production system and increasing the economic benefit of enterprise.
