摘  要:【目的】本文研究了辽宁省稻瘟病菌生理小种种群动态和无毒基因的构成,为辽宁省水稻品种合理布局及抗瘟育种提供理论依据。【方法】利用7个水稻鉴别品种对2017-2018年采自辽宁省各个稻区的151株稻瘟病菌进行生理小种鉴定,并根据已克隆的10个稻瘟病菌无毒基因序列设计引物,对供试菌株进行PCR检测。【结果】供试菌株被划分为6群41个生理小种,ZA和ZB为优势种群,占比分别为42.36%和31.76%,ZC、ZD、ZE和ZF占比分别为5.96%、3.97%、3.31%和12.58%,未检测到ZG种群。供试菌株全部携带无毒基因Avr-Pi9;大部分菌株携带无毒基因Avr-Pita、AvrPiz-t、Avr-Pik、PWL2和ACE1,携带频率分别为:90.07%、94.04%、93.38%、92.72%、98.68%;无毒基因Avr-Pib携带频率较低,仅有27.81%;无毒基因Avr-Pii、Avr-CO39和Avr-Pia未检测到。【结论】辽宁省稻瘟病菌生理小种和无毒基因组成结构复杂,在辽宁省水稻品种布局中,应推广含有Pita、Pi9、Pizt和Pik抗性基因的水稻品种。【Objective】The present paper aimed to understand the dynamics of physiological races and the composition of avirulence genes of Pyricularia oryzae in Liaoning province,which would provide a theoretical basis for rational distribution of rice varieties and breeding of blastresistant cultivars.【Method】7 identified rice varieties were used to identify the physiological race of 151 isolates of P.oryzae collected from 2017 to 2018 in Liaoning province,and the primers were designed to amplify the target sequences based on the sequences of 10 Avr-genes which had been cloned.【Result】The tested isolates were divided into 6 groups of 41 physiological races,ZA and ZB were the predominant groups,accounting for 42.36%and 31.76%,respectively,ZC,ZD,ZE and ZF were 5.96%,3.97%,3.31%and 12.58%,and ZG was not detected.All the test isolates carried the avirulence genes Avr-Pi9.Most carried the avirulence genes Avr-Pita,Avr-Piz-t,AvrPik,PWL2 and ACE1,carrying frequencies of 90.07%,94.04%,93.38%,92.72%and 98.68%.Avr-pib avirulence gene carries low frequency,only 27.81%.The avirulence genes Avr-Pii,Avr-CO39 and Avr-Pia were not detected.【Conclusion】In summary,the composition and structure of the physiological races and avirulence genes of P.oryzae are complex in Liaoning province.In the rice variety layout,the rice cultivars carrying resistant genes Pita,Pi9,Pizt and Pik should be generalized in Liaoning province.
