摘  要:【目的】通过根肿病菌孢子悬浮液不同药剂处理致死效果测定,筛选有效药剂及检测孢子活性的染色方法。【方法】采集十字花科蔬菜根肿病病根组织制成孢子悬浮液,将不同药剂按比例加入根肿病菌孢子悬浮液中,采用台盼蓝染色孢子方法,检测药剂对根肿病菌的致死效果。【结果】19种药剂对根肿病菌孢子致死效果有明显差异,明迪、福帅得、科佳、百菌清和多菌灵等的致死率为55.99%~62.49%;其他药剂致死率为17.89%~33.89%;药剂处理随时间延长,孢子死亡率逐渐增加,致死率高低顺序14 d>10 d>7 d;其中明迪、福帅得、科佳、百菌清和多菌灵等处理7~10 d的致死率幅度大于10~14 d,其它药剂不同处理时间致死率差异不大。本实验测定的药剂致死效果与大田药剂防控效果基本相吻合。【结论】杀菌剂在防治根肿病菌时具有一定的时间性和滞后性,因此生产中防治十字花科根肿病要提前施药或采取预防措施,仅用单一药剂防控远远达不到持续控制目标,必须采用综合的防控措施以减轻根肿病的发生危害。【Objective】In order to select the effective chemical agents and the staining method for detecting spore activity,the lethal effect with different treatments on the spores suspension of Plasmodiophora brassicae were determined.【Method】In this study,different chemical agents were added to the spores suspension of Plasmodiophora brassicae in proportion,and the lethal effect of test chemical agents on Plasmodiophora brassicae was detected by trypan blue staining method.【Result】The result showed that there were significant differences in the lethal effects of Plasmodiophora brassicae with 19 test chemical agents,the fatality rate of Mingdi,Fushuaide,Kejia,Chlorothalonil and Carbendazim were 55.99%-62.49%,and the other agents treatments were 17.89%-33.89%.The spore mortality increased gradually with time after treatment,and the lethality order was 14 days>10 days>7 days.Among them,the range of fatality rate of Mingdi,Fushuaide,Kejia,Chlorothalonil and Carbendazim with 7-10 days greater than that with 10-14 days,and there was no significant difference in the fatality rate between other treatments.The lethal effect of test chemical agents determined in this experiment was basically consistent with the control effect in the field.【Conclusion】Due to fungicides had timeliness and hysteresis quality in the prevention and treatment of Plasmodiophora brassicae.Therefore,we should apply chemical agents in advance or take preventive measures.Using only a single agent to prevent and control was useless,and comprehensive prevention and control measures must be adopted to reduce the occurrence and harm of Plasmodiophora brassicae.
