摘　　要：在《中华人民共和国体育法》颁布25周年之际,中国政法大学体育法研究所通过在线会议方式成功举办了“《中华人民共和国体育法》修改”学术研讨会。此次会议以“体育法治与体育法的修改”为主题,各位专家、学者围绕《体育法》总则、全民健身、学校体育、竞技体育、体育产业、体育仲裁、保障条件、体育社会组织8大部分的修改进行了探讨,并回顾了25年来体育法治事业和体育法研究发展的历程,展望了在新的历史起点上体育法的发展方向。On the 25th anniversary of the issue of the Sports Law of PRC,the Institute of Sports Law of China University of political Science and Law held an academic seminar on the revision of the Sports Law of PRC through an online meeting.With the theme of“the rule of law of sports and the revision of sports law”,experts and scholars discussed the revision of the general principles of sports law,national fitness,school sports,competitive sports,sports industry,sports arbitration,security conditions and sports social organization.The seminar reviewed the historical development of the rule of law in China and looked forward for its future development.
