摘　　要：以都灵和布达佩斯为例,探析“欧洲体育之都”体育城市评选标准和促进机制。研究发现,“欧洲体育之都”评选活动对建设体育场馆设施、活跃体育赛事和休闲运动、推进体育科技创新和体育科研、建立城市体育网络等方面具有显著的促进作用,进而形成市民健康、体育兴荣、城市发展和社会融合的良好局面。提出我国体育城市促进的建议:确立先进的评选理念、清晰的发展目标、互促共进的建设路径及健全的运行机制。With Turin and Budapest as examples,the paper analyzes the selection criteria and promotion mechanism of European SportsCapital.It is found that the European Sports Capital selection activities have a significant role in promoting the construction of stadiums and gymnasiums,developing sports events and leisure sports,promoting sports science and technology innovation and sports scientific research and establishing urban sports network.It is conducive to the formation of a good situation of public health,sports prosperity,urban development and social integration.The paper proposes to establish advanced selection concept,clear development goal,mutual promotion of construction path and sound operation mechanism.
