复方三黄汤溻渍治疗2型糖尿病合并下肢丹毒的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方三黄汤溻渍治疗2型糖尿病合并下肢丹毒的临床疗效。方法选取2型糖尿病合并下肢丹毒患者58例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组29例。治疗组给予复方三黄汤溻渍治疗,对照组给予金黄散外敷,比较2组临床疗效、局部症状及体征改善时间及舒适度。结果2组总有效率均为100.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组治愈率为89.66%,高于对照组的65.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组皮损消失时间、疼痛消失时间、皮温恢复正常时间、治愈时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)总分及生理、心理、社会文化、环境评分均提高,且治疗组上述评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方三黄汤溻渍治疗2型糖尿病合并下肢丹毒的疗效确切,可快速、有效地缓解局部症状、体征,提高患者的舒适度。Objective To observe the efficacy of therapy with compound Sanhuang Decoction in treating type 2 diabetes patients with erysipelas of lower limbs. Methods Totally 58 patients with type 2 diabetes and erysipelas of lower limbs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 29 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with impregnation therapy of compound Sanhuang Decoction,and the control group was treated with external application of Jinhuang Powder. The clinical efficacy,time of local symptoms and signs improvement and comfort degree were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the both groups was 100. 00%,and there was no significant difference (P > 0. 05). The cure rate of the treatment group was 89. 66%,which was significantly higher than 65. 52% of the control group (P < 0. 05). The time of skin lesion disappearance,the time of pain disappearance,time of skin temperature to normal level and cure time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0. 05). After treatment,the total score of General Comfort Questionnaire (GCQ) and the scores of physiology,psychology,social culture and environment in both groups increased significantly,and the scores of above items in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Impregnation therapy with compound Sanhuang Decoction is effective in treating type 2 diabetes patients with erysipelas of lower limbs,which can quickly and effectively relieve local symptoms and signs,and improve the comfort of patients.
