超声检查在药物流产前后的应用及意义探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声检查在药物流产前后的应用及意义。方法:选择2019年1月—2019年12月600例流产患者临床诊治资料进行分析。结果:用药前对患者行超声检查,排查不符合药流标准的患者,总不符合率为11%,最终进行药流患者536例。用超声检查患者流产前宫内孕囊情况,可清晰观察患者宫内孕囊的大小、心管搏动等情况。流产后超声检查提示,流产后8h内,未见孕囊排出患者143例,另有154例患者流产后8h内,孕囊已经完全排出,但是患者存在反常阴道出血症状,持续出血天数≥10d。经过治疗和干预后超声检查提示宫内正常。结论:超声检查在药流患者流产前后的诊治中具有重要的价值和意义,能够清晰的准确的判断患者的孕囊位置和大小,形状,状况,可以作为患者是否能行药流的诊断依据,排查出不符合条件的患者,能够有效的提高药流的成功率,及时观察患者药流后的效果,便于失败后的及时处理,保证患者生命安全。Objective To explore the application and significance of ultrasound examination before and after drug abortion.Methods The clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 600 patients with abortion in January,2019 and December,2019.Results Ultrasound examination was performed on patients before medication,and the total non-compliance rate was 11%.Finally,536 patients were given medical abortion.The size of intrauterine gestational sac and the pulsation of heart tube can be observed clearly by ultrasonography.Ultrasound examination after abortion showed that 143 patients had no pregnancy sac discharge within 8 hours after abortion,and 154 patients had complete discharge of gestational sac within 8 hours after abortion,but the patients had abnormal vaginal bleeding symptoms,and the duration of bleeding was more than 10 days.After treatment and intervention,ultrasonography showed normal intrauterine.Conclusion Ultrasound examination has important value and significance in the diagnosis and treatment of medical abortion patients before and after abortion,which can clearly and accurately judge the position and size,shape and status of the pregnant sac of the patients.It can be used as the diagnostic basis for whether the patients can carry out drug abortion.It can effeCTively improve the success rate of medical abortion and observe the effeCT of medical abortion in time Timely treatment after failure to ensure the safety of patients.
