膨体聚四氟乙烯联合自体软骨在综合鼻整形术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨膨体聚四氟乙烯联合自体软骨在鼻部综合整形中的应用效果,并分析术后并发症发生情况。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月在笔者医院整形科行鼻整形的患者68例,根据随机数字法将患者分为采用膨体聚四氟乙烯假体行鼻整形的对照组和采用膨体聚四氟乙烯联合自体软骨的观察组,每组34例。比较两组手术效果、患者满意度及术后并发症发生情况。结果:两组患者手术成功率、愈合时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组鼻尖突出度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度(94.12%)显著高于对照组(85.29%),观察组术后并发症总发生率(11.76%)显著低于对照组(29.41%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膨体聚四氟乙烯联合自体软骨在鼻部综合整形中具有良好的临床效果,可进一步提高患者对鼻部的满意度,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广与应用。Objective To explore the application effects of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene combined with autologous cartilage in comprehensive rhinoplasty,and analyze the postoperative complications.Methods 68 patients with rhinoplasty in plastic surgery at our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into two groups:the control group(n=34)was treated with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene prosthesis,and the observation group(n=34)was treated with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene combined with autogenous cartilage.The application effects of plastic surgery,patients'satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in surgical success rate and healing time between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The nasal tip protrusion of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group(94.12%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(11.76%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(29.41%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene combined with autologous cartilage has a good clinical effect in comprehensive rhinoplasty,which can further improve patients'satisfaction with the nose,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
