鼻中隔软骨与肋软骨联合假体行综合鼻整形术鼻部美学效果比较

摘　　要：目的:从鼻部美学角度探讨鼻中隔软骨与肋软骨分别联合假体行综合鼻整形术的疗效。方法:将医院2017年6月-2018年12月收治的因鼻梁低平、鼻尖圆钝、鼻尖突出不明显等原因于医院进行鼻整形术的102例就医者纳为研究对象,根据手术方式将其分为鼻中隔软骨联合假体综合鼻整形术组(鼻中隔组,n=50)与肋软骨联合假体综合鼻整形术组(肋软骨组,n=52)。结果:两组就医者经手术治疗后,鼻尖突出度、鼻额角均较同组术前显著增大,鼻唇角较同组术前显著减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组术后鼻尖突出度、鼻额角及鼻唇角比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。且两组就医者整形满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻中隔软骨与肋软骨联合假体行综合鼻整形术在提高就医者鼻部美观度中具有相似效果,但针对于鼻背低平、二次修复等复杂情况就医者,建议采用肋软骨作为自体材料。Objective To study the effects of nasal septum cartilage and costal cartilage combined with prosthesis in comprehensive rhinoplasty.Methods One hundred and two subjects who underwent rhinoplasty in the hospital between June 2017 and December 2018 because of low nose bridge,flat nasal tip and unobvious nasal tip projection were included in the study.According to the surgical methods,they were divided into nasal septal cartilage combined with prosthetic comprehensive rhinoplasty group(the septum group,n=50)and costal cartilage combined with prosthetic comprehensive rhinoplasty group(the costal cartilage group,n=52).Results After operation,the nasal tip protrusion and nasal frontal angle were significantly increased,and the nasolabial angle was significantly decreased compared with that before operation in the same group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in nasal tip protrusion,nasal frontal angle and nasolabial angle between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the patients,satisfaction(P>0.05).Conclusion Nasal septum cartilage and costal cartilage combined with prosthesis comprehensive rhinoplasty have similar effects in improving the nasal aesthetics of beauty-seekers,but it is suitable for the subjects with complex situation of low back and secondary repair to recommend costal cartilage as the autologous material.
