小切口吸脂针刮吸法治疗轻中度腋臭效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨3mm小切口吸脂针刮吸法治疗轻中度腋臭的疗效。方法:2018年10月-2019年7月笔者科室采用腋窝皱襞上端近上臂内侧3mm小切口,以直径3mm Tulip吸脂针在腋窝大汗腺区域皮下进行刮除、抽吸腋臭患者16例,电话及门诊随访。结果:术后随访6~12个月,32侧腋部中28侧治愈,3侧显效,1侧无效,无效侧再次手术获得良好效果。治愈率为87.5%(28/32),有效率为96.9%(31/32),患者对治疗效果满意。结论:3mm小切口吸脂针刮吸法治疗轻中度腋臭具有效果确切、切口小、愈合后瘢痕细小、手术时间短、操作简单、并发症少、恢复快、舒适度高的优点,是一种较好的治疗轻中度腋臭的手术方式,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the clinical application of 3 mm small incision combined with liposuction-curettage therapy in the treatment of axillary hyperhidrosis.Methods From October 2018 to July 2019,16 patients with axillary hyperhidrosis were treated with 3 mm small incision combined with liposuction-curettage therapy,which was made at the upper end of the axillary fold near the inner side of the upper arm in our department.A 3mm diameter Tulip liposuction needle was used to conduct curettage and aspiration in the region of the large sweat glands of the axilla.Results During the 6-12 months of follow-up,of the 32 axillary parts,28 axillary parts were cured,3 axillary parts were markedly effective and one axillary parts was ineffective,good results were obtained by reoperation on the invalid side.The cure rate was 87.5%(28/32)and the effective rate was 96.9%(31/32).The patients were satisfied with the treatment effect.Conclusion 3 mm small incision combined with liposuction-curettage therapy in the treatment of mild to moderate axillary hyperhidrosis has certain effect,small incision,small scar after healing,short operation time,simple operation,fewer complications,quick recovery,high comfort,which is a good surgical treatment,and be worthy of clinical application and promotion.
