医护一体化模式在红色增生性瘢痕激光治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析医护一体化模式在红色增生性瘢痕激光治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取120例行脉冲染料激光(Pulsed dye laser,PDL)联合CO2点阵激光治疗的早期红色瘢痕患者作为研究对象,其中60例采用医护一体化干预模式(观察组),另外60例患者采用常规创面护理(对照组),统计比较两组疼痛评分、创面愈合时间、瘢痕评分及护理满意度等情况。结果:观察组患者干预后1h平均疼痛评分为(5.34±1.01)分,明显小于对照组的(6.35±1.10)分,而干预后7d下降到(1.00±0.02)分,明显小于同时间对照组的(2.34±0.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者平均创面愈合时间为(8.13±1.03)d,低于对照组的(10.34±1.28)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不同治疗次数后瘢痕评分均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组60例患者均达到有效及以上标准,总有效率为100.00%高于对照组的90.00%(54/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为98.33%(59/60)高于对照组的85.00%(51/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用医护一体化模式,对早期红色瘢痕患者行激光治疗联合有效的创面湿性愈合护理,能够有效缓解患者创面状态,最终达到治愈效果。Objective To analyze the effect of integrated medical and nursing mode in laser treatment of red hypertrophic scar.Methods 120 patients with early red scar treated by PDL and CO2 lattice laser were selected as the research object,60 of them were treated by integrated medical and nursing mode(the observation group),and the other 60 patients were treated by conventional wound nursing(the control group).Results The average pain score of the observation group was(5.34±1.01)at 1 hour after intervention,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(6.35±1.10),while it decreased to(1.00±0.02)on the 7th day after the intervention,which was significantly lower than that in the control group at the same time(2.34±0.17),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average wound healing time in the observation group was(8.13±1.03)d,which was lower than that in the control group[(10.34±1.28)d,P<0.05].The VSS score of the observation group was lower than those of the control group after different treatment times(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(100.00%VS 90.00%,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.33%(59/60),which was higher than that of the control group[85.00%(51/60),P<0.05].Conclusion Using medical care integration mode,laser treatment combined with effective wet wound healing nursing for patients with early red scar can effectively alleviate the wound state of patients,and finally achieve the curative effect.
