摘 要:笔者综述了包括体外受精在内的各种家畜胚胎体外生产的发展和具体困难,主要集中在牛、猪上。通常在生产动物中,重点不是克服繁殖失败,而是通过选择最有遗传价值的个体和增加这些个体的后代数量来促进遗传进步。有了物种比较知识,我们了解卵母细胞最终成熟、受精和早期胚胎体外发育各个方面背后机制的可能性将会增加。The author reviews the development and specific difficulties of in vitro production of various livestock embryos,including in vitro fertilization,mainly in cattle and pigs.Usually in production animals,the focus is not on overcoming reproductive failure,but by selecting the most genetically valuable individuals and increasing the number of offspring of these individuals to promote genetic progress.With knowledge of species comparison,the possibility of understanding the mechanisms behind all aspects of oocyte final maturation,fertilization and early embryo development in vitro will increase.
