摘  要:本文分析了创新驱动与区域经济收敛的理论机理,构建了创新驱动的评价指标体系,对中国31个省份2005年到2015年的面板数据进行了空间静态和空间动态研究,以及分时段和分区域验证,实证考察了创新驱动对区域经济收敛的空间溢出效应及其形成机制,得出主要研究结论:地区间经济发展的空间关联性,使得创新驱动对区域经济收敛形成正向直接效应的同时,也产生积极的空间溢出效应,这种溢出效应波及其他区域后又反作用于本区域,即形成累积效应,创新驱动对经济收敛的空间作用在这样的动态调整中,出现直接效应和空间溢出效应的长期效应大于短期效应的特征。还得出:全国范围内经济发展既存在条件β收敛,也存在俱乐部收敛;自2012年明确提出创新驱动发展战略以来,中国区域经济收敛速度明显加快。据此建议:在制定区域发展战略时,有必要考虑空间相关性的作用机理,积极搭建共享发展合作平台,促进地区经济协调与共享发展,逐步实现区域经济收敛。While China’s economy maintains sustained growth, the development of non-equilibrium contradictions is still prominent, and regional economic convergence has become an important goal of macroeconomic regulation. Relying on innovation to drive development is an important measure for China’s macroeconomic regulation and control in recent years. China has a vast territory, and there are quite differences in the level of regional economic development and regional innovation driving capabilities. Based on panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2015, this paper uses spatial econometric techniques, including global and local spatial autocorrelation tests of Moran’s I index, spatial static and spatial dynamic analysis, and time-phased and sub-regional verification, and empirically examine the spatial spillover effect and formation mechanism of innovation drive on regional economic convergence. First, the theoretical mechanism of innovation drive and regional economic convergence are analyzed. Then, an evaluation index system of innovation drive is constructed. Third, the spatial correlation of innovation drive through the global and local spatial autocorrelation test of Moran’s I index is analyzed;Fourth, through the dynamic spatial Dubin model we conduct spatial econometric analysis of innovation-driven and economic convergence, and take a consideration of the direct effects and spillover effects of innovation-driven. Finally, the time-phased and sub-region verification is conducted. The main empirical conclusion is that the spatial correlation of economic development between regions makes the innovation drive a positive direct effect on regional economic convergence, but also produces a positive spatial spillover effect. This spillover effect affects other regions and then reacts to the region itself, that is, the cumulative effect. In such dynamic adjustments, the long-term effects of direct effects and spatial spillover effects are greater than those of short-term effects. This process can be seen
