摘  要:目的探讨生长激素缺乏症(GHD)患儿重组人生长激素(rhGH)治疗前后血红蛋白的变化。方法选取2011年3月至2017年3月我院收治的GHD患儿50例,对所有患儿进行rhGH治疗。比较患儿治疗前后身高、胰岛素样生长因子-1、红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、血小板和白细胞水平的变化。结果患儿治疗后身高大于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后胰岛素样生长因子高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后红细胞、血红蛋白、HCT高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后MCV、MCH、MCHC、白细胞、血小板水平较治疗前无显著的变化(P>0.05)。结论GHD治疗期间,rhGH治疗效果显著,rhGH可以促进红细胞、血红蛋白、HCT的升高且有统计学意义。Objective To investigate the hemoglobin changes in children with growth hormone deficiency(GHD)before and after treatment with recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH).Methods A total of 50 GHD children admitted to our hospital between March 2011 and March 2017 were enrolled.All the children were treated with rhGD.The body height,levels of insulin-like growth factor-1,red blood cells,hemoglobin,hematocrit(HCT),mean cell volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),platelets and white blood cells in these children were compared between baseline and after treatment.Results The children gained in body height after treatment compared with baseline(P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin-like growth factor level was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),so were the levels of red blood cell count,hemoglobin,and hematocrit(P<0.05).The MCV,MCH,MCHC,white blood cells and platelets counts did not change significantly after treatment,compared with baseline(P>0.05).Conclusion In GHD children,rhGD treatment leads to remarkable clinical efficacy as well as increase in red blood cells,hemoglobin,and hematocrit.
