摘  要:目的了解翅果仁急性毒性和亚慢性毒性。方法依据《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》GB-15193,急性毒性试验将20只清洁级ICR小鼠(雌雄各半),2次/d灌胃给予16 g/kg体质量翅果仁。亚慢性毒性试验采用90只清洁级断乳SD大鼠(雌雄各半),随机分成4组,分别给予含翅果仁0%,2.5%,5%,10%的基础饲料,连续喂饲90 d。结果翅果仁急性毒性LD50>10 g/kg体质量,亚慢性毒性试验中大鼠活动、生长正常,各剂量组每周体质量、进食量、食物利用率、尿常规、血常规、血生化和脏器质量及其脏体和对照组比差异无统计学意义,组织未见与受试物有关的病理学改变。结论翅果仁属于实际无毒物质,对雌、雄大鼠亚慢性毒性未观察到有害作用剂量(NOAEL)分别为11.23、8.58 g/kg体质量。Objective To investigate the acute and subchronic toxicity of Samara nuts.Methods The experiments were conducted following"Food Toxicological Safety Evaluation Procedures and Methods"(GB-15193).In the acute toxicity test,20 clean ICR mice of either gender were given 16 g/kg BW Samara nuts twice daily by gavage.In the subchronic toxicity test,90 clean,weaned SD rats of either gender were randomized into 4 groups on basic feed that contained 0%,2.5%,5%and 10%of Samara nuts,respectively,for consecutive 90 days.Results The acute toxicity LD50 of Samara nuts was greater than 10 g/kg BW.In the subchronic toxicity tests,all rats showed normal activity and growth.The weekly weight,food intake,food use,urinalysis,blood routine test and biochemistry,organ weights and organ/body weight ratios in all dosage groups did not differ significantly from those in the control group.No pathological changes related to the test substance in the tissue were detected.Conclusion Samara nuts are practically non-toxic substances.In the subchronic toxity tests,the no-observed-adverse-effect-level(NOAEL)of Samara nuts is 11.23 and 8.58 g/kg BW in female and male rats,respectively.
