中华医学系列杂志真实学术影响力分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中华医学系列杂志的真实学术影响力。方法:以《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)》(2019版)为数据源,从期刊影响因子、总被引频次、基金论文比、即年指标、他引率、综合评价总分等文献计量学指标入手,用实际数据对比分析中华医学会系列杂志的整体学术水平及其在各自学科领域的真实学术影响力。结果:中华医学系列杂志并非所有期刊均为中文核心期刊,有近1/2的期刊为非中文核心期刊;约1/3的杂志影响力在学科均值之上,近2/3的期刊影响力还达不到学科平均水平,有的甚至达不到学科均值的一半水平;约1/2期刊的总被引频次在学科平均总被引频次以下;中华医学系列杂志基金论文比不是很高,且高基金论文比期刊数较少;约1/3的杂志学科排名是名列前茅的,近2/3的期刊影响力还达不到学科平均水平。结论:中华医学系列杂志并不像我们想象的那样都是学术影响力很高的期刊,因此,医务工作者和办刊人需要正确认识中华医学会系列杂志的真实学术水平。Objective:To explore the real academic influence of the serial journals of Chinese Medical Association.Methods:Based on the database of Chinese Science and Technology Journals Citation Report(Core Version)(version:2019),starting from the bibliometrics indicators such as journal impact factor,total citation,fund paper rate,immediate index,other citation rate and comprehensive evaluation total score,this paper conducts an comaparative analysis of the overall academic level of the serial journals of Chinese Medical Association and their real academic influence in their respective academic fields with actual data.Result:(1)Not all of them are Chinese core journals,and nearly half of them are non-Chinese core journals;(2)There are about 1/3 of them whose journal influence is above the discipline average,and the journal influence of the left 2/3 journals is below the discipline average,some of which are even less than half of the discipline average;(3)The total citation frequency of about 1/2 of them is less than the discipline average total citation frequency;(4)The fund papers’ratio of them is not too high,and the number of journals with high fund paper ratio is small;(5)About 1/3 of them rank top in the discipline list,but nearly 2/3 of journals have not reached the discipline average level.Conclusion:the serial journals of Chinese Medical Association are not the journals with high academic influence as we think.Therefore,medical workers and editors need to have a correct understanding of their academic level.
