切口皮下修剪联合多孔引流对腋臭患者近期疗效、切口愈合时间及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的观察切口皮下修剪联合多孔引流对腋臭患者近期疗效、切口愈合时间及不良反应的影响。方法依据自愿接受治疗方案的不同将2018年1月—2019年1月期间到本院就诊且在本院接受相关治疗的62例腋臭患者分为2组,对照组31例接受切口皮下修剪治疗,研究组31例在对照组基础上进行多孔引流。进行近期疗效评价、切口愈合效果评估,统计切口愈合时间与疼痛情况,观察不良反应与并发症情况,并对复发情况进行对比。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组切口甲级愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),切口乙级愈合率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组切口愈合时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率与并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率0.00%明显低于对照组复发率12.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切口皮下修剪联合多孔引流应用于腋臭临床治疗,近期疗效提高明显,切口愈合效果甚是理想,切口愈合时间较短,疼痛程度较为轻微,不良反应发生率、并发症发生率、复发率均维持在较低水平。Objective In order to observe the effects of incision subcutaneous pruning combined with porous drainage on short-term efficacy,incision healing time and adverse reactions in patients with axillary osmidrosis.Methods Sixty-two patients with axillary osmidrosis who treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 and received relevant treatment were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes.Thirty-one patients in the control group received incision subcutaneous pruning,and 31 patients in the study group underwent porous drainage on the basis of the control group.The short-term curative effect and wound healing effect were evaluated,the wound healing time and pain were counted,the adverse reactions and complications were observed and the recurrence was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The healing rate of grade A incision in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the healing rate of grade B incision was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The healing time of incision in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was 0.00%,which was significantly lower than 12.90%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Subcutaneous incision pruning combined with porous drainage in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis can improve the short-term curative effect obviously.The effect of incision healing is ideal.The time of incision healing is short,the degree of pain is slight,and the incidence of adverse reactions,complications and recurrence rates are maintained at a low level.
