摘  要:2018年1月31日至2月8日,云南省遭受了新一轮大范围、高强度、长时间的低温雨雪冰冻灾害天气过程,低温雨雪凝冻天气对电网设备设施造成了较大的影响,且近年来云南区域的冰情出现了一些新变化,输电线路覆冰及防护问题更加突出。开展云南电网输电线路覆冰变化分析,可为输电线路规划设计、施工建设、运行维护、抗灾应急和技改大修提供依据。From January 31 to February 8,2018,Yunnan Province suffered a new round of large-scale,high-intensity,long-term lowtemperature rain and snow freezing disaster weather process.Low-temperature rain and snow freezing weather has a greater impact on power grid equipment and facilities.In recent years,some new changes have taken place in the ice situation in Yunnan Province,transmission line icing and protection issues.The problem is more prominent.The analysis of transmission line icing changes in Yunnan power grid can provide basis for transmission line planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance,disaster relief emergency and technical renovation.
