摘 要:基于Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件建立了汽轮机转子-滑动轴承系统模型,计算了转子系统在考虑支撑动刚度与陀螺效应下的临界转速,绘制转子系统的Campbell(坎贝尔)图,并与高速动平衡实验进行对比验证。结果证明:转子临界转速和高速动平衡实验结果一致,验证了汽轮机转子-滑动轴承系统建模的准确性和临界转速的计算精度,为转子临界转速的计算提供了重要的理论依据。Based on Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software,this paper established the turbine rotor-sliding bearing system model,calculated the critical speed of the rotor system considering the dynamic stiffness of the support and the gyro effect,drew the Campbell diagram of the rotor system,and compared it with the high-speed dynamic balance experiment for verification.The results show that the critical speed of the rotor is consistent with that of the high-speed dynamic balance experiment,which verifies the accuracy of the modeling of the turbine rotor-sliding bearing system and the calculation accuracy of the critical speed,and provides an important theoretical basis for the calculation of the critical speed of the rotor.
