摘  要:以汽轮机末级动叶作为研究对象,通过搭建自振测频试验台,利用沿叶片进汽侧方向同一高度截面处内弧5个测量位置模拟叶片结垢后的状态得出试验数据。结果显示:结垢质量不变时距离叶顶位置越远,叶片固有频率下降幅度越大;当以同样的试验方式结垢质量增大后固有频率下降的幅度较结垢质量较小时更大。沿叶片进汽侧至出汽侧均匀分布5个测点,其中测点1、2处截面较薄,固有频率下降幅度较大,测点3固有频率下降幅度较小。本次试验结果为在线监测叶片结垢后对机组振动的影响提供参考依据。Taking the last stage moving blade of steam turbine as the research object,the test data are obtained by using five measuring positions of internal arc along the same height section along the inlet direction of the blade to simulate the state of the blade after scaling.The results show that the farther away from the top of the blade,the greater the decrease of the natural frequency of the blade,and the greater the decrease of the natural frequency of the blade when the scaling quality is increased by the same test method than that of the smaller the scaling quality.Five measuring points are evenly distributed along the inlet side of the blade to the outlet side,in which the thin natural frequency of the two sections decreases greatly,while the natural frequency of the measuring point 3 decreases slightly.The results of this experiment are online supervision.Measuring the influence of blade scaling on the vibration of the unit provides a reference basis.
