摘 要:为了准确评估蒸汽泄漏量,减小汽轮机热耗率计算偏差,采用EBSILON软件搭建了某超超临界1000MW汽轮机组变工况计算模型,以设计值作为各级组特征通流面积基准计算工况,对各变工况下蒸汽泄漏量进行评估,并采用该评估方法对实际运行中汽轮机热耗率进行修正计算。结果表明:应用特征通流面积评估汽轮机组变工况下蒸汽泄漏量最大偏差为1.22t/h,实际运行中同一阀门开度下汽轮机热耗率修正计算结果偏差为37.7kJ/(kW·h)。因此该评估方法精度高,可用于在线汽轮机热耗率的修正计算,具有一定的工程应用价值。In order to accurately estimate the amount of steam leakage and reduce the calculation deviation of online heat rate,this paper uses EBSILON software to build to a calculation model of an ultra-supercritical 1000MW steam turbine unit under variable operating conditions.The design value is taken as the reference calculation condition of characteristic flow area of each pressure stage to evaluate the steam leakage amount under different operating conditions,and the evaluation method is used to calculate the steam turbine heat consumption rate in actual operation.The results show that the maximum calculation deviation of steam leakage is 1.22t/h when the characteristic flow area is applied to evaluate the variable operating condition,and the correction calculation deviation of steam turbine heat consumption rate under the same valve opening is 37.7kJ/(kW·h)in actual operation.Therefore,this method has high accuracy and be used for the correction calculation of theheat consumption rate.which has certain engineering application value.
