摘 要:绿色响应是否应被纳入企业发展战略已成为近期学者关注的重点议题,其对创新绩效的影响机理尚不明确。基于利益相关者理论和社会认同理论,以2012—2016年A股制造业上市公司为研究对象探究企业绿色响应对创新绩效的影响,并对企业规模和企业年龄的调节作用进行检验。结果表明:企业绿色响应对创新绩效具有显著正向影响,企业规模能够强化企业绿色响应对创新绩效的影响,而企业年龄则无显著调节作用。进一步进行联合调节效应分析发现,在规模越大、年龄越长的情境下,企业绿色响应对创新绩效的影响最强。Whether environmental responsibility should be included in corporate development strategy has become a focus of recent scholars,and the mechanism of its impact on innovation performance remains unclear.Based on stakeholder theory and social identity theory,this paper takes listed a-share manufacturing companies from 2012 to 2016 as research objects to explore the impact of green organizational response on innovation performance,and test the moderating effect of firm size and firm age.The results show that green organizational response has a significant positive effect on innovation performance.Firm size can strengthen the impact of green organizational response on innovation performance,but firm age has no significant moderating effect.Further analysis of the joint regulatory effect shows that the green organizational response has the strongest impact on innovation performance in the context of larger size and longer age.
