微创痔疮手术治疗严重痔疮患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的针对严重痔疮患者采取微创痔疮手术治疗的效果进行探究。方法选取2018年11月~2019年10月期间收治的77例严重痔疮患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽取法进行分组,就采取外剥内扎术治疗方案(对照组,n=39)和微创痔疮术治疗方案(观察组,n=38)临床指标、并发症率展开分析对比。结果观察组患者临床各项指标较对照组居更低水平,且并发症率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论严重痔疮患者采取微创痔疮术可提升临床指标,且并发症率相对较低,故值得广泛借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery in patients with severe hemorrhoids.Methods 77 patients with severe hemorrhoids treated during the period of November^October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random sampling method,the clinical indexes and complication rate of external internal ligation(control group,n=39)and minimally invasive hemorrhoids(observation group,n=38)were analyzed and compared.Results The clinical indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serious Hemorrhoids patients with minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery can improve the clinical indicators,and the complication rate is relatively low,so it is worth widely reference.
