研究踝关节骨折切开复位内固定术治疗踝关节骨折的价值

摘　　要：目的探究踝关节骨折切开复位内固定术治疗踝关节骨折的价值。方法选取我院于2018年2月~2019年2月收治的70例踝关节骨折患者为本次研究对象,将其随机分为对照组35例和研究组35例,其中对照组患者给予外固定复位治疗,研究组患者则进行切开复位内固定术治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果,并比较两组患者的治疗有效率。结果两组患者经过治疗后,研究组患者治疗有效率明显要高于对照组(P<0.05),两组间差异比较,其具有统计学意义。结论对踝关节骨折患者予以切开复位内固定术治疗,其治疗效果较为显著,能有效提高患者的治疗有效率,该治疗方法值得临床应用。Objective To explore the value of open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of ankle fractures.Methods 70 cases of ankle fracture admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into a control group of 35 cases and a study group of 35 cases.The control group was treated with external fixation and reduction,while the study group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation.To observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients,and compare the treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of ankle fracture is effective and can effectively improve the effective rate of treatment.
