多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理工作中的价值

摘　　要：目的分析多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理工作中的价值。方法简单随机抽样法,选取2019年5月—2020年2月在我院进行医治的58例糖尿病合并冠心病患者,并且根据护理方式不同分组;对照组(n=29)手术后采取常规护理组,实验组(n=29)在采取常规护理基础上联合多样性护理方式。结果实验组不良反应发生率均低于对照组,两组差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组血糖水平低于对照组,两组差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我院采取常规护理基础上联合多样性护理方式对糖尿病合并冠心病患者进行护理,可有效进行减少护理后患者的不良反应的发生,降低血糖值,效果相对明显。Objective To analyze the value of diversity nursing in the nursing care of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease.Methods a simple random sampling method was used to select 58 patients with diabetes Mellitus and coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to February 2020.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(N 29)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood sugar level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction and decrease blood sugar level in patients with diabetes Mellitus and coronary heart disease by using routine nursing combined with multiple nursing.
