摘　　要：目的对骶管阻滞配合小针刀治疗梨状肌综合征临床护理方案进行研究。方法本次实验抽取本院2019年2月~2020年2月期间接受骶管阻滞配合小针刀治疗的梨状肌综合征患者共计42例,通过抽签将所选患者分为甲组及乙组,两组患者人数相同,统计和记录两组患者护理满意情况。结果研究结果显示,相比甲组患者,乙组患者护理满意度较高,护理满意度之间表现出较大差异,数据呈现统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在骶管阻滞配合小针刀治疗梨状肌综合征临床护理中有着较好的效果,其能够在一定程度上促进患者护理满意度的提升,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To study the clinical nursing program of treatment of piriformis syndrome with sacral canal block and small needle knife.Methods A total of 42 piriformis syndrome patients who received sacral canal block combined with small-needle scalpel treatment from February 2019 to February 2020 in our hospital were selected in this study.The selected patients were divided into group a and group b by drawing lots.The number of patients in the two groups was the same.Results Compared with group a,the nursing satisfaction of patients in group b was higher than that in group a,and there was a significant difference in nursing satisfaction,with statistically significant data(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing has a good effect on clinical nursing of piriformis syndrome treated with sacral canal block combined with small acupotomy,which can promote the improvement of patients'nursing satisfaction to a certain extent and has a high clinical value.
