摘　　要：为促进我国更多图书馆对制定数字馆藏发展政策的重视,文章通过文献分析和网络调研等方法从计量分析、主题分布、实际应用三个角度归纳评述我国近二十年间图书馆数字馆藏发展政策的研究与实践,发现数字馆藏发展政策制定中的不足,建议未来实践中应注重提高各馆制定数字馆藏政策意识、完善数字馆藏政策条款内容、提高用户的知情权、协调三方合作利益、完善政策评估机制,重视可持续性发展等。In order to promote more libraries in our country to pay attention to the development of digital collection development policies,the article summarizes and reviews the development policies of digital collections in libraries in our country in the past two decades from the perspective of measurement analysis,theme distribution,and practical application through literature analysis and network research and practices.It finds out deficiencies in the development of digital collection development policies,and suggests that in future practice,we should focus on improving the awareness of various collections in formulating digital collection policies,improving the content of digital collection policies,improving users’right to know,coordinating the interests of tripartite cooperation,and improving policies evaluation mechanism,focusing on sustainable development,etc.
