摘  要:针对跨临界二氧化碳离心压缩机,采用CFD方法对叶轮流场进行计算。将计算所得叶轮总焓变与试验数据进行对比,验证了计算的准确性与可靠性。分析流场内密度、比热和黏度的分布,得出二氧化碳物性特性在叶轮流场内的表现情况。分析冷凝区域的分布,得出冷凝现象形成的规律及原因,为跨临界二氧化碳离心压缩机叶轮设计提供参考和依据。For the transcritical carbon dioxide centrifugal compressor,the flow field of impeller was simulated by the CFD method.The enthalpy change of impeller obtained through calculation was compared with the experiment data,which verified the accuracy of reliability of the calculation.The distribution of density,specific heat and viscosity in the flow field was analyzed,and the exhibition of physical property of the carbon dioxide in the flow field of impeller was obtained.The distribution of condensation area was analyzed and the formation law and cause of condensation phenomenon were obtained,which provides a reference and basis for the design of the transcritical carbon dioxide centrifugal compressor impeller.
