摘 要:某高含硫天然气净化装置再生塔底贫胺液泵频繁发生泵轴键槽开裂、叶轮腐蚀穿孔等问题,严重影响机组复装及装置平稳运行。本文以该泵泵轴为研究对象,对泵轴材质组织开展力学性能试验:如拉伸试验、冲击试验及硬度测试,同步开展泵轴键槽失效部位应力分析,通过分析,判定泵轴及叶轮失效根源为腐蚀疲劳,制定解决方案,避免类似事件再次发生。During the overhaul period of lean amine pump at the bottom of regeneration tower of a natural gas purification plant with high sulphur content,it was frequently found that problems such as keyway cracking in the pump shaft and impeller corrosion,which have a strong impact on the unit installation and the plant smooth running.In this paper,the lean amine pump shaft was taken as the research object to conduct some mechanical property tests on the microstructure of the pump shaft such as tensile experiment,impulse test and hardness test,and make stress analysis of the failure location of the keyway in the pump shaft.According to the experimental results,it was found that the failure cause of pump shaft and impeller is corrosion fatigue,and the solutions were prepared in order to avoid re-occurrence of such problems.
