摘　　要：针对配料计量罐的现场检测校准实现起来工作量大、难以实现、耗时比较长以及存在安全隐患等问题,本文对定制托盘加载砝码法、替代法、无砝码标定法和液压法的方案分别进行分析,为不同环境要求下检测校准方法的选择提供参考。For ingredients field detection calibration of metering tank to implement workload big,difficult to achieve,time is longer and pose a safety hazard problems,such as loading weight method,substitution method in this paper,the custom tray,no weight calibration method and the hydraulic method is analyzed respectively,and the solution under different environmental requirements for testing provide reference for the selection of calibration method.
