摘 要:针对目前装载机用超越离合器由于弹簧的问题导致其可靠性较低的问题,设计了一种采用扭簧张紧的新型超越离合器,分析了其复杂的受力情况,并通过有限元软件进行了仿真,确认其有足够的强度。试制出样件,确定其可行性,通过台架试验并未发现异常。该新型超越离合器,能够改善现有的离合器弹簧可靠性不足的问题,提高超越离合器寿命。Overrunning clutches are indispensable component of loader and have been great used in domestic market.However,they occur malfunctions frequently due to the weak spring.A new type of overrunning clutch with torsion spring tension was designed and the complicated stress was analyzed.Its structure strength was conformed by simulation in the computer.The sample was produced and assembled,which verified its feasibility.And there was no abnormal failure in the bench test.The new overrunning clutch can improve reliability of the tension spring and extend the service life.
