摘 要:当前汽车制动系统能量回收效率低,使汽车在下坡过程中能量回收较少,导致汽车续航里程较短。为了在下坡过程中回收更多的能量,创建了液压气动系统简图模型,推导出汽车下坡动力学方程式。分析了液压系统和气压系统汽车能量损失方程式,建立了汽车能量回收效率方程式。在汽车行驶到不同坡度情况下,采用Matlab软件对汽车回收效率进行仿真,并与单一制动方法进行比较。结果显示:随着汽车行驶角度增大,回收的效率和能量均提升,但是液压气动混合系统回收的效率更高,回收的能量也更多。采用液压气动混合制动系统,能够提高汽车回收效率,在下坡制动过程中储存更多的能量,从而延长了汽车的续航里程。At present,the energy recovery efficiency of automotive braking system is low,which leads to less energy recovery in the downhill process and shorter driving range.In order to recover more energy in the process of downhill,a schematic model of hydraulic and pneumatic system was created,and the dynamic equation of automobile downhill was derived.The energy loss equation of hydraulic system and pneumatic system is analyzed,and the energy recovery efficiency equation is established.In the case of different vehicle slopes,Matlab software was used to simulate the recovery efficiency of the vehicle,and compared with the single braking method.The results show that with the increase of the driving angle of the car,the recovery efficiency of the car becomes larger and more energy is recovered.However,the hydraulic pneumatic hybrid system has a higher recovery efficiency and more energy is recovered.The hybrid hydraulic and pneumatic braking system can improve the recovery efficiency of the vehicle and store more energy during the downhill braking process,thus extending the range of the vehicle.
