摘　　要：从简单的借助网络通讯工具在线审案,到大数据、区块链等新兴技术与互联网法院的融合,司法改革需要契合社会发展趋势,互联网法院的建设不可能一蹴而就,是在衡量创新的必要性与成本、考虑人民群众的接受程度,通过不断的尝试与实践,最终取得目前的成就。梳理回顾人民法院信息化改革的探索历程,不难发现早期的网上法庭多以小额电子诉讼或著作权争议为核心。此外,重点探讨三家互联网法院的落地与成长,归纳司法改革的网络化、信息化、智慧化实践经验。互联网法院是智慧法院的维度之一,必须不断探索和完善司法服务与新技术的融合、不断更新理念,才能使司法服务与时俱进,由此促进审判制度和审判能力的现代化。From the simple online trial with the help of network communication tools,to the integration of big data,blockchain and other emerging technologies with internet courts,judicial reform needs to be in line with the social development trend.The construction of Internet courts can not be achieved overnight.It is to measure the necessity and cost of innovation,consider the acceptance of the people,and finally achieve the current success through continuous attempts and practices Just.Reviewing the exploration process of the people’s court information reform,it is not difficult to find that the early online courts mostly focus on small electronic litigation or copyright disputes.In addition,this paper focuses on the landing and growth of the three Internet courts,and summarizes the practical experience of the judicial reform in terms of networking,informatization and wisdom.Internet court is one of the dimensions of smart court.We must constantly explore and improve the integration of judicial service and new technology,and constantly update the concept,so as to make the judicial service keep pace with the times,thus promoting the modernization of the trial system and trial ability.
