摘 要:建立气相分子吸收法测定水中氨氮的方法,通过对空白试样、标准样品、实际样品以及试样加标,探索了酸度、浊度、环境温度等条件对相分子吸收法测定氨氮准确度和精密度的影响,并通过与纳氏试剂法进行结果对比。结果表明,气相分子吸收法对水样条件要求较低,针对不同水体都具有良好的适应性,解决了传统方法样品前处理复杂的难题;但是仪器分析受环境条件的影响较大,环境温度的变化会干扰测定结果的准确度和精密度。A method for determination of ammonia nitrogen in water by gas phase molecular absorption method was established.The influence of acidity,turbidity and ambient temperature on the accuracy and precision of determination of ammonia nitrogen by gas phase molecular absorption method was explored by adding standard samples,standard samples,actual samples and real samples,and the results were compared with those of Na’s reagent method.The results show that the gas phase molecular absorption method has low requirements for water samples,and has good adaptability to different water bodies,thus solving the complicated problem of sample pretreatment by traditional methods.However,the instrumental analysis is greatly affected by environmental conditions,and the change of environmental temperature will interfere with the accuracy and precision of the measurement results.
