摘  要:中国对溶解乙炔的使用有着数十年的历史,在80年代便开始对使用溶解乙炔气瓶进行推广。在这之后中国的溶解乙炔工业也得到了快速的发展。现如今,溶解乙炔的生产工艺和相关生产操作流程都得到了有效的完善,而在其生产安全性方面还需要进一步完善。乙炔是进行有机合成的一种重要原料,同时也是三大合成材料之一。在工业金属焊接、喷镀、切割以及热加工等方面都具有着十分重要的作用,而且乙炔还具有着高效优质的高温热源,因此在工业当中也得到了有效的应用。乙炔可以在空气或氧气当中进行燃烧,火焰温度最高可达到3200℃以上。而乙炔的燃烧热虽然对比乙烷和乙炔等要相对较低,但在完全燃烧的过程当中,其耗氧量却相对较少,而且产物中的水含量也比较低,这在产生水蒸气的过程中所消耗的热量相对较少,因此乙炔在燃烧过程当中所能产生的温度也相对更高,这是乙炔所具有的主要优势。The use of dissolved acetylene in China has a history of several decades.In the 1980s,it began to promote the use of dissolved acetylene cylinders.After that,China’s dissolved acetylene industry has also been rapid development.Nowadays,the production process and related production process of dissolved acetylene have been effectively improved,and its production safety still needs to be further improved.Acetylene is an important raw material for organic synthesis,and also one of the three major synthetic materials.It plays a very important role in industrial metal welding,spray plating,cutting and thermal processing,and acetylene also has high-eff iciency and high-quality high-temperature heat source,so it has been effectively applied in industry.Acetylene can be burned in air or oxygen,and the maximum flame temperature can be more than 3200℃.Although the combustion heat of acetylene is relatively lower than that of ethane and acetylene,in the process of complete combustion,its oxygen consumption is relatively less,and the water content in the product is also relatively low,which consumes less heat in the process of generating water vapor,so the temperature of acetylene in the combustion process is relatively higher,which is the main advantage of acetylene potential.
