摘　　要：为了保障码头能够高效、稳定、安全生产,需要确保装卸工艺的合理性与科学性。文章将对装卸油品码头油品的参数以及品质和工艺等进行研究,简单分析其在设计过程中需要注意的问题并对其设计思路和设备配置方案进行讨论,优化其布置方案。In order to ensure eff icient,stable and safe production,it is necessary to ensure the rationality and scientif icity of loading and unloading technology.In this regard,this paper will carry out the research on the quality,parameters and technology of oil handling terminal,analyze the design points,discuss the design ideas and equipment conf iguration scheme,and consider the layout scheme.
